Pinky,

The Walbro 255LPH High Pressure pump for the 240sx is the Walbro model GSS341. I should have some in stock by this upcoming Friday (June 19th).  I only have the generic installation kit, meaning you'll need to provide: (2) hose clamps and ~2-4 inches of fuel injection hose.

Price is $85 cash, or $95 shipped to your door.

I can do 50% off  Grin if you give me a nice detailed write-up of the installation, with good pictures so I can post it on www.fuelpumpsusa.com along with our other installation articles.  The write-up needs to be 100% original, and pretty detailed, so 240sx owners would know exactly how to install..

Great price, good to know I could drive down and pick these up.  What do you have for a 600hp application.  I'd prefer something like the bosch pumps which work at high pressure (~80psi) as well.  Thanks!

I believe he can get tha bosch 044. He would have to tell you the price though.

Not sure that pump will flow enough for 600hp @ 80psi but I know it will do in exess of 80psi and the pump is good for 700+hp at lower fuel pressure.

The 044 is a MONSTER fuel pump. Especially at higher pressures. Here is a Walbro 255LPH vs. Bosch '044 Flow Chart.

The Bosch 044 is good for up to about ~685 BHP. Bosch is also known to be very conservative on their fuel pump flow ratings.

On the Bosch 044 I can do $180 cash or $190 shipped. We got a huge order that should be coming in this upcoming weekend, I'll have some actual pics then.

As an alternative you can run dual Walbro's but I think one Bosch 044 would be less hassle.

Are you going external or in-tank?

I am planning external with a surge tank up front.  I am thinking E85, so I've heard nothing but praise for the 044.  I am sure the flow rating for E85 will be at a lower hp, but that was exactly what I was looking for.  Thanks, and I'll be picking up a few Walbros to send with my turbo kits!!!  Thanks again!

The Bosch 044 600HP+ and the Walbro GSL392 external 255LPH fuel pumps are IN. I also have a very limited number of internal 255LPH Walbro pumps.

All of these are IN STOCK, in NW Houston, Highway 290 & Loop 610 area.
