march update:
no2 rails done
oil tree cleaned and tapped for extra defi oil pressure gauge sender. Z1 turbo oil return hoses cut to fit so that the 90degree elbow for the oem oil sender is not needed. then there is a 6mm hex plug in the tree. The plug was removed and a defi sender was installed in place.

march update 2
SZ oil pan and new pick up tube and gasket. have not sealed pan yet, still considering purchasing a crank scraper. I filled the SZ pan up with water to check for leaks in the welds and test capacity. 5.9liters about 6.2 quarts. (compared to 3 3/8s quarts stock pan) to the dip stick level.
Due to the pans extended size it does not allow the use of the passenger side tranny to block bracket even with moding the bracket.
turbos' turbines tapped for dual greddy EGT sensor, and turbos mounted to MSP manifolds

march update 3.0
weight reduction
my goal is to reduce as much as possible, and relocated what cant be removed to the rear of the car like battery, trans cooler, oil cooler, nitrous bottles. possibly fiberglass doors and t top glasses in the future ( which could also function as track tops for the other car, some road tracks suggest t tops be removed due to glass cracking) In later stages of the car its A/c system might be removed under hood and dash.
fully auto z32 drivers seat weighs in around 70-80lbs and passanger about 45lbs, these are much lighter. they have sliders on them now but i plan to install none adjustable aluminum brackets for maximun savings which should get them to under 20lbs each. they are old momo corsas fiberglass and carbon-kelvar

march update 4
finally slugging up of the turbos after test fitting and checking fitment of all other things
Low clearance between the wastegate rod and oil filter tree. I had to shave off some material from the oil tree to allow Clarence.
In a twinturbo system the waste gates must be balanced. And whenever installing upgraded performance turbos to a z32 the balance must be equalized. They never come equalized out of the box for any vendor, and maybe vendor fail to advise this during turbo installation. I want a low boost of 15 psi, so that i have 15psi max when my boost controller off. Setting the low boost high will make easier for the EBC to control boost at higher levels with less, and allow a high max boost. Generally sit the gates to open at 2-3more psi bench test of your target base boost pressure(aka safety boost or EBC off).
New TT plugs platinum. I choose platinum over iridium that some of the vendors are selling because the iridium are too short and do not protrude out of the head as they should like the NGK platinum pfr6b-11b. so my suggestions are stick to Platinum pfr6b-11b and pfr5b-11b for twinturbo Z32s only.
difference between NA 11 and TT 11B plugs, B represents extended length because of head cast differences

and pics of the chassis the motor that's in the car currently is a stock block with sp500 etc.
I've begun some weight reducing, and have some things torn apart to plan installation of gauges, lines, wires sneaky stuff. ETC Plans are to removed as much weight as possible from the front, and what cant be removed shift it to the rear of the car such as oil and trans cooler, battery.
